The Carthage Tigers will represent Missouri in the 2017 Cal Ripken World Series. The Tigers, coached by Jamie Musche have been playing together since they were seven years old and have compiled an all-time record of 54-5-1. The Atlantic Beach Suns from Atlantic Beach, Florida will be representing the Southeast region in the 2017 Cal Ripken tournament. The Suns, coached by Larry Rollings have played together sinc they were nine years old. The Suns have won the Cal Ripken Florida North Championship the past four years, but had not won a regionals tournament until this year.
